- Policy Development:Your submission text is the core data used to formulate policy briefs.
- Transparency:Policy briefs published to stakeholders will acknowledge the source of the idea (e.g., "From Youth Solutions Platform") but will **not publicly disclose your optional contact information** unless you grant explicit, separate permission.
- Communication:We may use optional contact information only to seek clarification on a winning policy idea.
- Security:Technical data is used to monitor site traffic, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not sell your personal data. Your submission ideas may be shared with the following parties:

- Retention: Submission content and policy briefs are retained indefinitely as part of the public policy record. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period, typically 90 days.
